Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is Rs. 250 across Pakistan. Henna Cone and Dip deliveries to other cities (excluding Karachi) are charged Rs. 500 for express delivery.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking & Modifications

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order details.

Exchange & Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or monetary refunds. Exchanges are only available for damaged items, subject to inspection and approval. Approved exchanges are processed within 15 business days.

Undelivered or Refused Orders

Returned or refused orders may require payment of new shipping charges for re-delivery. Original shipping costs and applicable fees remain the customer's responsibility.
