Shipping Charges : 


We offer standard 250-PKR shipping for all orders within Pakistan. Only Henna Cone and Dip Delivery to other cities (except Karachi) we charge 500 Rs for express Delivery service.

Processing Time :

Processing Time : Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days.

During this time, we carefully prepare your items for shipping to ensure they are securely and correctly packaged.

Shipping and Transit Time

Transit Time : Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location within Pakistan.

Currency Support : All prices are displayed in PKR for orders within Pakistan.

Order Modifications : While we strive to accommodate changes, please contact us promptly at contact@organicrootspk.com with your order number and relevant details. Changes may be possible within a 24-hour window after the order is placed, subject to availability.

Incorrect/Missing Items : Please notify us immediately via email about any discrepancies in your order, providing your order number and details. We aim to resolve such issues quickly and dispatch the correct items.

Undelivered Packages : If your tracking indicates delivery but the package is missing, please contact us immediately with your order number and phone number for investigation. Please note that once the order leaves our warehouse, our control over the delivery is limited.

Tracking : Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive notifications via email , including a unique tracking number. If you have not received this information, please contact us for assistance.

Return of Rejected or Undeliverable Orders : Orders deemed rejected or undeliverable by the courier will be returned to our warehouse. If your item is returned to us, we will notify you by email upon receipt. To have the package re-sent, payment for a new shipping label is required.

Refusal of Delivery : If you refuse a delivery from Organic Roots, you are responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any applicable import fees.


Damages and issues :

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange Policy :

1- No exchange Once customers make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund.

2- No monetary refunds will be given for any reason, though alternative refunds may be offered, such as store credit or exchanges.

3- Customers may exchange items in case of damage.
